Architectural technologist

 

Tasks + Responsibilities

  • Participate in surveys and planning

  • Complete preliminary and execution plans

  • Research and propose technical solutions

  • Design and production of technical details

  • Technical coordination with various consultants

  • Analyze technical documents and reports

  • Participate in the assessment of likely construction costs

  • Participate in the supervision and administration of construction sites

  • Any other related tasks under the project manager

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or Diploma in Building Engineering Technology – Mandatory

  • Relevant experience preferred

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite – Mandatory

  • AutoCAD Software - Mandatory

  • Bilingualism (French and English) – desirable

  • Knowledge of the National Building Code – desirable
